How do I receive my keys?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please check the details on your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yll\u00e4s<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can collect your keys from our office at Vaeltajantie 2 A, 95980 Yll\u00e4sj\u00e4rvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside office hours you can pick up the keys for your lodging from the automated key box at our office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions for using the automated key box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The person who placed the reservation will receive a message on their phone in Finnish and in English. The message has two codes: code to the front door and the key code- Please note, for this to happen we need to have the phone number of the person who made the reservation\/who is picking up the keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the front door with the code you received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose “Pick-up” (“Noutamassa) and enter your key code. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The locker holding your key opens, take the key and close the locker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Returning the keys: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During office hours you can return the keys at our service desk.
    Outside office hours you can return the keys in the same automated key box as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the front door with the same code you received previously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose “Return” (“Tuomassa”) on the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter the phone number to which you received the code on the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The return locker opens, place your keys in the locker and close the locker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
